Talk about a prime location, this event is right next to the sand in Ocean Beach! Surfrider is making every effort to have the event be zero waste from a solar powered sound stage to comprehensive recycling and analyzing what is used.
Over one thousand beach/ocean lovers, and outdoor enthusiasts took to the waters of Ocean Beach at last year’s San Diego event and the festival draws thousands more. There are several sponsorship opportunities available to you for this amazing event that continues to grow in attendance and popularity each year. Sponsorships secure your piece of the action and help offset costs. That makes it possible to keep The Paddle for Clean Water a free event while still raising money to continue spreading environmental awareness locally.
Surfrider charges a flat booth fee for all vendors. The fee for food vendors is $150. The fee for non-food vendors is $125. This fee is due September 1, 2009. No commission is due to Surfrider at the completion of the event. For this flat fee, vendors receive the following:
– A chunk of prime real estate close to the beach at the event. All spaces are approximately 10’ x 10’. If you are interested in a larger space, please mark the size of the booth you would prefer in the space provided on the application.
– Four drink tickets per booth
All participating vendors will be required to provide their own canopy, table, chairs, and any display equipment needed for their spaces.
