Jay Alders returns this year with this beautiful canvas giclée entitled “Pot of Gold”. “I decided that combining stylized exaggerated shapes and graphically inspired lines with traditionally rendered glazing and blending techniques would be a powerful way to portray this scene. The name, ‘Pot of Gold’ with it’s dual-meaning and reference to the ultimate treasure we all dream of seemed to fit perfectly,” explains Jay. The piece was inspired by a day of surf at Bradley Beach in New Jersey. To view more of his art, please visit: http://jayalders.com/.
