Dairy Mart Cleanup – The Surfrider Foundation San Diego Chapter will be hosting a cleanup in the Tijuana River Valley along Dairy Mart Road on Saturday, October 8th from 9am-1pm.

South Bay Water Quality Workshop – Our Blue Water Task Force Committee will be speaking at the South Bay Water Quality Workshop on Wednesday, October 12th from 6-8pm at the Tijuana Estuary. Surfrider Foundation, Coastkeeper, WiLDCOAST, Scripps, the Tijuana River Estuary and local City Council will discuss the status of water in the region and how to get involved.

Volunteer Appreciation Party – Join us as we wrap up Tijuana River Action Month with a Volunteer Appreciation Party at Suzie’s Farm on Sunday, October 16th from 1-5pm. This will be an opportunity to celebrate our achievements and to give thanks to our volunteers. It will also be a great networking opportunity for volunteers, nonprofit organizations and local media.
