James Mangano grew up in Southern California and has been catching waves since he was 12 years old.  He has always been inspired by nature, and true to his love of surfing, especially finds beauty in the water. He aims to shape a better world by creating boards and art that are unique and memorable and that stand out from the main stream. 

James’s business K58 is the realization of dream of his dream to make surfboards. It is named after a surf spot 58 kilometers south of the Mexican border.
