The podcast will be bi-weekly and the topics and guests will range the span of our 10 different programs and policy work that address issues such as clean water, ocean protection, coastal adaptation, plastic pollution and beach access.

Our first podcast features our Ocean Friendly Restaurants Program, which enables restaurants in San Diego to play a significant role in helping reduce the amount of single use plastic that ends up on our beaches and in the ocean. This podcast features Taylor Cannizzaro, one of our OFR program leaders and Rise Above Plastics Co-Chair, as well as restaurant owner Ted Cochrane of Wheat & Water and Bianca Puopolo, the Marketing Manager for the Hakkasan Group, representing Herringbone La Jolla,  Searsucker Del Mar and Searsucker San Diego.
