Bo-Beau has taken the next step in becoming environmentally conscious by eliminating expanded polystyrene (EPS) foam as well as plastic bags for to-go orders. Bo-Beau has also made the switch to reusable tableware during onsite dining and has adopted proper recycling practices. Takeaway utensils and straws are only handed out upon request! Check out their picnic basket: a little basket that the guest gets to keep with a Bo–beau Charcuterie Board, baguette, fruit, and 2 cans of wine.  The Charcuterie Board features sliced salami and meat, artisan cheeses, little jars of jams and mustard, and chef’s accompaniments.  They include drink coozies, checkered paper plates & napkins (but plastic silverware only on request).
