The Surfrider Foundation Rise Above Plastics committee added a 4th location at the Northgate Market in Otay Mesa (2909 Coronado Ave). This is in addition to locations in La Jolla, Pacific Beach, and Mira Mesa. We will be giving out 5,000 reusable bags across the 4 locations from 5-8pm. And we still need volunteers at this location.
