Join us on Saturday, December 6, for the San O Community Assembly, as Surfrider kicks off the San Onofre Shoreline Resilience Project. This event launches a year-long, community-centered planning effort to explore nature-based ways to protect Surf Beach while preserving access, culture, and the character that makes San Onofre so special.
Each year, the annual King Tides provide a dramatic experience along our beaches. Our Beach Preservation Committee documents the King Tides each year at various San Diego County beaches in order to create a visual aid for coastal policymakers and the general public. We achieve this by enlisting volunteers to help us document both the high and low tides.
