Join us for a FREE screening of the award-winning documentary Bag It on Tuesday, May 14th from 6-9pm at Naked Cafe, located at 106 S Sierra Ave in Solana Beach. The movie will start at 6:30pm.
This documentary film follows Jeb Berrier as he navigates our plastic wold. Jeb is not a radical environmentalist, but an average American who decides to take a closer look at our cultural love affair with plastics. Jeb's journey in this documentary starts with the simple questions: Are plastic bags really necessary? What are plastic bags made from? What happens to plastic bags after they are discarded? What he learns quickly grows far beyond plastic bags.
There will be FREE popcorn, raffle prizes, and you can even make your own reusable bag with Totes Upcycled! Please bring a bowl for popcorn and an old t-shirt if you would like to make an upcycled tote.
