EIR on 50-year project for Solana Beach and Encinitas is available for comment!

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, City of Solana Beach and City of Encinitas have prepared a Draft Environmental Impact Report (EIR)/Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for the Coastal Storm Damage Reduction Project to identify and evaluate potential environmental impacts of the proposed project.

The Draft EIR/EIS and all supporting technical appendices are available for review at Solana Beach City Hall, 635 South Highway 101, Solana Beach, California, 92075 and the City of Encinitas, 505 S. Vulcan Avenue, Encinitas, CA. 92024. CD’s are available for purchase. Alternatively, the documents are available electronically on the City of Solana Beach and Encinitas websites and at the following USACE website:
