Enjoy Samples for the Sea at a blind wine and beer tasting to benefit the Surfrider Foundation San Diego County Chapter! The event will be held on Saturday, October 19th from 3-7pm at Roppongi Restaurant & Sushi Bar, located at 875 Prospect in La Jolla. Tickets are $40 and available for purchase online here. There are still a few tickets left, but they're going fast!
The event will feature approximately ten beers, ten white and ten red wines, which will be offered as tasters. Their labels will all be blacked out, hence why we're calling it a 'blind' tasting. After tasting each beer or wine, guests will have the opportunity to guess which one they're tasting. Prizes will be awarded to the guests who guess most accurately. Each guest will receive a commemorative tasting glass. There will also be a silent auction, live entertainment from Emily Drew, appetizers provided by Roppongi and desserts by Extraordinary Dessert and Sprinkles Cupcakes.
