Pump Station in Tijuana Repaired

We just received word that the pump station in Mexico that has been diverting treated wastewater into the Tijuana River has been fixed.  Below is the latest from the IBWC.
"At 1500 hrs on 5/2/12, Mexico resumed operation of the CILA Pump Station, which diverts flow from the Tijuana River into the Tijuana wastewater system. River flows to the ocean have ceased. Pump motors for the South Bay International Wastewater Treatment Plant influent pump station have been repaired and the station now has sufficient capacity to pump normal flows. "
