Tijuana River Action Month

Goat Canyon Sewage backed up at Goat Canyon

Join us for the final cleanup event of Tijuana River ACTION Month (TRAM)! Held at Goat Canyon in Border Field State Park from 9 am - noon, volunteers will remove trash and waste tires that would otherwise reach our ocean and beaches. Come out to help the environment, then stay to celebrate! Border Field State Park is located at 1500 Monument Road, San Diego, CA 92154. From Interstate 5: Exit Dairy Mart Road (Exit #2) - Head Southwest on Dairy Mart Road. Dairy Mart Road will curve right, becoming Monument Road. Continue west on Monument Road until you reach the park entrance.

There will be a volunteer appreciation celebration at Monument Mesa Friendship Park immediately following the cleanup. Tijuana River Action Month (TRAM) volunteers are invited for free food, drinks and prizes to celebrate the accomplishments of TRAM 2014!  TRAM Celebration will be held from noon - 3 pm.
