Uptown Tavern has taken the next step in becoming environmentally friendly and has joined our Ocean Friendly Restaurants program. With this, Uptown Tavern has eliminated expanded polystrene foam and plastic bags for to-go orders and only hand out takeaway utensils upon request. Uptown Tavern has also switched to reusable tableware for onsite dining.
Uptown Tavern, located in Hillcrest, provides locally sourced American dishes and microbrews. Each day is a new day whether it is Sunday Funday, Endless Pasta Monday, 1/2 off Happy hour Tuesday, Weiners and Wine Wednesday, Throw 'Em Back Thursday, Veuve Out the Way Friday, and Weekend Brunch for Saturday.
