Night for the Sea Silent Auction

The silent auction is a key and cherished part of our annual fundraiser. We look forward to having you bid on some fun items!

Bidding Process Rules

We are going back to pen and paper! You must attend in-person to bid on auction items. Silent auction will open at 5:00pm and close at 8:00pm.

Minimum bids will be displayed on a clipboard in front of the auction items.
Minimum bid increments will be displayed on a clipboard in front of the auction items.
No bids may be altered or withdrawn.
Closing Bids Rules
- No additional bids may be placed once the auction is declared closed.
- The highest qualifying bid wins the item.

Auction Items Rules

Auction items are being added regularly, and items may be added or withdrawn without notice. Some of these items will be bundled together, while others may be stand-alone items.

All sales final: All sales are final, there are no exchanges, and all items are sold “as is.” Bid winners will need to pay for their prize item by cash, check or card before claiming their prize.
No refunds: No refunds after purchase. Guests are responsible for item(s) once they’re claimed.
Limits may apply: Gift cards or certificates are subject to availability and “black-out” dates.

Checkout Procedures

Winners must pick up their items in the checkout area by showing their final bid on the clipboard after bids close.
Winners will need to pay for their prize item by cash, check or card.
Winners must pick up all items the night of the auction, unless special arrangements are made to pick them up at our Hillcrest office.
If any item is left unclaimed, it will become property of the organization and may be resold.
No items will be shipped.
