Victory at Beacons

The Coastal Commission recently denied the final appeal of Encinitas' locally-approved Parking Lot Relocation Plan, which Surfrider supports as a logical step in the long-term preservation of Beacon's Beach. The project can now move forward.

Microplastics Webinar

Our RAP Committee went down the microplastics rabbithole with author Matt Simon to discuss the research and findings that inform his latest book, A Poison Like No Other: How Microplastics Corrupted Our Planet and Our Bodies. The interview is shocking and highly informative!
